Dynamic Delegate Management — a demonstration...

Suppose that you are an Event Organiser needing a database of potential delegates for a major conference.

If your conference is for an Association, you may already have a suitable list of members; in that case, One Stop can create an on-line database directly from that list. Alternatively, we can work with your Event Organiser to create a suitable database, and then put it on-line.

Once the database has been set up, the potential delegates can be sent invitations by conventional mail and/or by e-mail. Each invitation will include the URL of a dedicated (secure) web site, as well as a personal password and user name for the delegate.

Using this password and user name, delegates can

• log into the secure site
• formally accept (or refuse) their invitation
• check their own details
• provide information about their needs (e.g. dietary requirements, travel, spouse packages etc)
