everyone from writers and designers in the early stages to technicians, presenters, guest speakers and
entertainers on the day itself.

Your event producer will always be available for advice and consultation, matching all your needs and giving you as
much involvement as you wish. They will schedule regular meetings, keeping your key staff up-to-date and issue contact
reports within 24 hours of meetings as well as highlighting weekly tasks to ensure that no deadlines are missed.
Responsibility and total confidentiality are part of the package.

Sign off on all elements of the event will be obtained before moving on to the next stage.
